Do you ship products worldwide?
Yes. We ship to over 120 countries and regions worldwide via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).
Our shipping destinations include Asia, North America, Europe, Oceania, the Middle East, Central and South America, and Africa.
Please note that shipping availability varies by country and region. Some destinations may have temporary restrictions or suspended service due to local conditions.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
We normally ship by Japan Post EMS. If EMS is not available for your destination or shipment, we may use DHL or another international carrier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure credit card payments through PayPal. Most major credit cards are accepted.
We also accept international bank transfers (SWIFT) to our Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation account.
Our bank account details, including the SWIFT/BIC code, will be provided upon request or with your quotation.
Please note that any bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, and receiving bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the product and order quantity.
If an item is in stock, it is typically shipped within one week.
For made-to-order or special-order products, additional production time may be required.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations.
Can I purchase just one item?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity, and you are welcome to purchase a single item.

For some items, manufacturers can provide material certificates, inspection reports, or other documentation upon request.
Please note that obtaining these documents may take more than one month.
Can you ship my order to a fulfillment warehouse (logistics center) in Japan? Can you communicate with the fulfillment company on my behalf?
